the version I have installed is 6.3.98. I tried to upgrade directly to 6.3.105 but it wasn't possible. Then I tried with the next available upgrade (6.3.101) but it didn't work neither....

Thank you for your comments. Do you think the impossibility to upgrade the firmware has to do with an internal battery problem?
