It sounds like the battery is doing a thermal overload (heat) shut down, this is common with older packs that have depleted cells,
or even new packs if they are overloaded. Safe continuous working...

RED Bricks or any V-mount battery will work with any matching V-Mount plate for power only (DC + & -)
Data communication is another matter, as The RED bricks have magnetic reed switches installed...

All of the RED cameras should have a 120 watt or better battery for decent run-time, The Dionic 90 will usually work for short durations but does not hold up well at over a 50 watt constant load (...

All of the Anton Bauer Dionic series (Li-Ion) & the Hytron 140 (NiMh) series will work for you, run times will vary with the battery capacity.
You will of course need the proper mounting plate...

All I can add to this tread is; 8 V-mount, pin wear-mount issues this past year, over 10 last year.... Not one Anton Bauer mount issue in over 5 years!

Also a lot of pin wear/contact issues...

I took these 2 battery packs in on trade for some Anton Bauer Re-cells, after testing them I found them to be in good condition.

Case is in fairly nice condition one is missing the Li-ion...

I have opened and repaired over 30, RED Bricks so far same issue, they are very susceptible if dropped or bounced.
If you are handy open it up, just watch out the batteries...

OK so the count on RED Brick batteries so far is at 39 that I have seen.......

So far only 4 have had actual worn depleted cells were the capacity was below 50% of original spec....
