It is a problem with the circuit board and would need to be repaired at Red from what I remember because I had the same problem for a year. It never bothered me because I had the hot swap.

Try to buy one locally that you can power up and go through in person unless you know the camera has checked out elsewhere. For me, it was important just in case buttons don't work, monitor problems...
