It would be great to be able to flip the LCD on Komodo. I've got a prism Eye level finder than would work a treat - Any chances?
Also 50 fps at 16:9 6K would be great.

I've just had a cell failure on a Hawks wood battery (Micro 150 so not these) but the customer service was awful. I am out of warranty but due to covid haven't used the battery in anger for a few...
I'm yet to find the best motorised solution and use my Trost (group buy from here) for heavy set ups. Looking to get something as and when komodo comes
Rhino have been awful for me. Owned one for 2 years and only been able to use it a handful of times as it kept breaking. It went back to the factory twice and UK supplier at least another 2 or 3...
+2 bit of deal breaker really
I have the 85-300mm but need it to be wider. I don't find the CA too bad and as you say the sharpness is lovely
They look great, however i have a rehoused set of Leica R's for primes.:ihih: I need the 50-300mm for a specific type of work i get. Thank you very much for the advice. Seems like a mount is becoming...
Thanks Barry. I have seen this is an option but would rather get the mount changed if possible so i can partner with other lens during the shoot. Also I wonder if the next round of cameras will have...
Hello All,
I bought a canon FD 85-300mm from ebay with a EF mount replacement many years ago. I recently dug it out and put it on the monstro and was blown away with the sharpness and quality. I...
similar to a horse and a bicycle, both forms of transport but thats all
yup, No idea what the pictures would be like but the connectivity (XLR's mainly) is great - jealous!
I have both Monstro and Gemini, shoot 100fps LL on Gemini all the time for a particular client. Looks clean as no probs. I shade maybe twice a year or a head of a big job as part of my camera checks....
Jay, that is very annoying for you. A huge cost of repair also. I can't believe the insurance won't payout. Who you with? Anyway absolutely zero point getting that camera repaired. The BMCC 6k would...
Sorry I must have missed that must have had a go at a couple of shots. A while ago now. But you get my drift.
100% no comparison. If i had the money it would have been a heli mounted gimble for sure

Shot out of Heli's loads without proper mount. Shooting 50fps takes out the bumps (neither film has been...
Stunning. The Nagoya stuff at 2'21" looks a bit ropey compared to the rest on my 5k retina Imac but the detail is stunning in all other locations. Looks like a lens issue. Any details on what it was...
looks decent!
if in original housing but moded with a standard step down ring (from TLS in the UK or Duclos in US) then there is a BT adaptor ring that can be screwed on. Use this the whole time

Some superb pictures there.
