Weird that Teranex'd do a bad job. That is as best as you can go for frame rate conversion. If you wanna do it on your own, try Compressor that comes with FCP or you could even do it with Mpeg...

Sad truth is that the major post houses don't care any of this. They just talk producers into using other camera systems they can work easily with.. They might welcome Red shot footage if it came in...

Major post-houses don't edit on anything but Avid and FCP 7, and they just don't want to deal with transcoding.

There's really about 1 out of 1000, if not less,...
