Monkey Extract Crashing on copy

Hello-

I am trying to copy files via Monkey Extract version 3.1. I am using an EDL and I am attempting to copy RED files from one location to another but the software crashes when it reaches the copy. Has anyone come across this? I am running OS X 10.6.5.
