			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I just want to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am and how much I love the quality of Customer  Service you get from Red.<br />
<br />
Never do they deny help, and it is always friendly, courteous, thoughtful, considerate, and kind.  You would never, ever, ever get this kind of support and customer service from companies like Nikon, Canon, Panasonic, Sony, etc.  Not only that, but the service you would get, would be from some teenager in a foreign country that not only can't speak English and is impossible to understand, but doesn't know one end of a camera from another either.<br />
<br />
The last couple of days I was getting very frustrated at the fact that I could just not get the R3D files from our new Scarlet to load into our Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 editing program.  Last evening, Brad Harris, from Red Support, called me and walked me through the process of installing the Red CS5.5 Plug-In needed to make those files work.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, patient, and tolerant of my computer ignorance, and kindly helped me through the process.  I could have NEVER, EVER, EVER done that by myself.  I just don't know that much about computers.  I've been a shooter and DP my entire career, not a computer geek.<br />
<br />
So, thanks AGAIN to Red Support, I have passed yet another dilemma.<br />

Your cameras are  the best and your people are even better.<br />

Well this is an atta boy for RED! <br />

Thank you for your support over the phone on a very stressful shoot morning. Thank you for receiving my sad camera the following day for a little TLC. And thanks most of all for repairing and returning it to me in such a short time. I'm glad I jumped in with a company even before they had a product to play with. I'm glad I stuck through the &quot;hard&quot; times if you will.  And I'm glad RED is willing to take care of its customers. These and many other reasons are why I will be a RED Owner/User for life. <br />
